  We checked in and went up and noticed the beds were really hard. We went to cancel to go to other hotel and they would not refund us the money. While we were at the front desk they switched another guy to different room because he wasn’t happy and they gave him a key to a room someone else was already in. Just terrible place. Do not go here. They are also over priced for what you get. The breakfast closes at 9am. Who closes breakfast down at 9am? Stay open until 10am at least.

  I was treated with grace and kindness by Lexi at the check in counter when there was a reservation issue. I found all the employees kind and very friendly.

  Made a last minute reservation while on a road trip. At first it was fun to visit the pool with my son. As we got settled into the room and ready for bed, earwigs started coming out. They were everywhere. We checked under the covers and the bed was full of someone else's body hair and what looked like dead skin. I called the front desk about both issues and there were no other rooms to switch to, and no clean linens they could bring us. We had to leave in the middle of the night to try to find somewhere else to stay. Very disappointing and gross experience.

  June 20, 2026 stay date. The hotel is older and the rooms show this with color choices and hardware. However, what prompted me to write this review is that the staff was great. Checking in was easy and convenient, the two ladies at the front desk were fun to talk to and provided good restaurant options. The morning staff were equally great with the lady handling the breakfast being super, my waffle got stuck and she was great at helping me remove it and kind about it - even though she was busy doing 10 other thins by herself. The lady that ran the front desk (I forgot her name even after I tried to commit it to memory when leaving) went out of her way to assist me. She saw my waffle was stuck and told me that the lady serving breakfast was the expert and then went and got her for me. She later came over to me and offered a chair from another room to sit at the table with my daughter (the breakfast area was busy). I would stay here again.

  Rude overheated staff, nasty rooms doesn’t look like this place has been vacuumed in weeks. They keep their air-conditioning turned off so walked into 90° room that took hours to cool down. at 4 AM. The stupid air conditioner started rattling and making compressor dying noises. I do a lot of traveling in this location is getting blacklisted by me and my company.
