  *ADDENDUM* Gen Manager made this right. Fully refunded, and addressed all concerns with the room. Unabashed, here is my review. King bed, sea view, 6th floor. Pros: Unlimited HOT water Tons of bed pillows Very clean other than the marks above bathroom door Comfortable room French Balcony with ocean view Skybridge-to parking lot is convenient Good beach access(if you dont mind climbing dunes) Cons: Lamp outlet did not work Dirty hand marks above bathroom door Bathroom door about to come off wall Bathroom not well lit Bathroom ventilation is lacking Dogs roaming the floors/barking/scratching at doors Restaurant overpriced Lack of outlets All towels/washcloths smell like fishy-beach, not fresh smelling. Toenail clippings all over the floor(not from us). Breakfast is definitely not free/included. All in all, not worth the 889.00 for 2 night price tag. I have some lovely photos of the gross things we found in the room, yet it seems I cannot post them here.

  The Best Western Plus at Agate Beach was wonderful! It was clean, quiet, and so comfortable! What a beautiful location too! Just be prepared for hiking the dunes a bit to get to the ocean, but the access was perfect!

  Customer Service: ABOVE & BEYOND I want to thank Ashtyn for his kindness. My girlfriend was very sick 🤢 on the day we were scheduled to check-out. I contacted Ashtyn who was working the front desk. He was understanding, emphatic, and capable. He took care of everything ,moving us to an available room directly across the hall. My girlfriend needed the time to recover. Ashtyn saved the day!! !! I recommend Agate Beach Inn. It is a wonderful hotel with wonderful people. Thank you Ashtyn. 👋🏼

  My parents and I ate at the Sea Glass restaurant four times while staying at the Best Western Plus Agate Beach Inn. We were served by Graciela and James. They were consistently attentive, helpful, patient, thoughtful and even kind. Their outstanding service created exceptional dining experiences for us that enhanced our vacation on the Oregon Coast. They distinguish the Sea Glass restaurant from the many dining options in Newport and I highly recommend both of them. Thank you, James and Graciela, for your excellent service and for how you treated us.

  this hotel was amazing and very affordable room rate. The hotel is very updated with many beautiful places to sit and watch the ocean. Each floor has an area where you can drink your coffee with a view. Very nice restaurant and all with a view. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again! It also is pet friendly with affordable pet fee. 5 stars ⭐️
