  Interesting Best Western. My wife & I really like staying at Best Western Hotels. We stayed here one night. Not sure why we were in the handicapped room 122. It was weird. The pool is nice, but a lot of chlorine is obviously used... which is good, but we were all itching all night. Not sure we will stay at this hotel again. The mattress was a bit too firm for us. The staff was very nice & friendly, but we will drive to the Forest Grove BW. We really like that one. Oh... the room above us was really noisy from 5am until we checked out at 10am... sounded like a roller rink was up there. BW usually has a great continental breakfast, but this one...? Not so much.

  Very nice and clean rooms. Location is awesome! Front staff is very friendly and helpful. We go and live there almost once a year every year and never got disappointed. I highly recommend this property.

  This hotel was really nice. The room was big and clean. They had laundry facilities, an indoor pool and a sauna. They also had a jacuzzi and a continental breakfast. After traveling a long way this was a great break!

  Centrally located in Newberg. Clean, friendly, has pool/hot tub, and breakfast included.

  This place doesn't care about their customers they just want your money. I stayed 1 night here with my 2 daughters last week, and we will never get a room from here again. When we were checking out i happened to find a used condom in the sheets of the bed i slept in. I couldn't believe what i was seeing or that I found it in the first place. I was relieved my kids weren't the ones that found it! When I went to check out i informed them and they said they could discount my room. Only $20... So I told them I wanted a full refund and even talked to the manager and she told me I would be receiving a full refund. We'll I'm still waiting for them to issue it, my bank statement says I was charged $100 from the hotel... that's how much the deposit was I had to pay. I want my money back. I have tried calling numerous times to talk to the manager but she only avoids me and I'm starting to get a little upset about it. I wish I had her supervisors number, I want to talk to someone that will do something about this! It's disgusting and I should get my money back without having to cause a big scene over it. But I will if I have to!
