  Arrived in Lincoln city to the Hotel landmark in Best Western late in the afternoon left. Hotel went for dinner came back noticed lots of birds pigeons to be exact on the balcony after further inspection found four baby birds that have been born on the balcony lots of bird droppings and at that point advised Hotel staff we would not be staying another night no option to change rooms a small discount on the room and was told that it’s very difficult to keep the birds away from the hotel rooms The hotel staff informed us that this room had been used by construction workers that were doing remodeling on the rooms at the hotel and did smell slightly of cigarette smoke or some other type of smoke on our first entry to the room

  Exterior was very clean upon arrival with a nice fountain outside too. Aside from great rooms they serve breakfast too All the service people have been attentive to any of our askings would definitely recommend it

  Die Zimmer waren sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Schön war, dass es einen Balkon gab. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war überdurchschnittlich gut für ein Motel. Alle Außenbereiche waren gut gepflegt. Es ist nicht sehr weit zum Strand und man kann dort sogar ggf. zu Fuß hingehen (etwa 0.7 Meilen).

  Worst BW ever. My company uses best western plus exclusively, but not any more. Our room came with a fly infestation caused by all the occupied pigeon nests on the balcony. There are 4 juvenile pigeons almost ready to fly and by the looks of it they have been there quite a while judging by the mass of feces. There is no restaurant, no bar and no breakfast buffet that all the other BW plus have. There is only 1 waste basket, and its in the bathroom, not big enough to throw away a food container. There is also not enough parking spaces because of all the box trailers and shipping contai ers scattered throughout the parking lot. Im loosing my best western membership and never using this company again. Lincoln city BW is not as nice as the motel 6. If you book here ask questions. Many questions.
