  When we checked in we declared we had a service dog and everything went smoothly other than the front desk attendant had us sign a form and asked us what disability the dog was for (illegal, but we answered anyway). There are only two questions that are allowed to be asked. Is the dog required because of a disability? What work or task has the dog been trained to perform? The next morning we were walking our service dog and a male employee yelled at us that they weren't dog friendly and screamed at us to remove our service dog from their property. We were leaving anyway so we just packed up and left. I would not recommend supporting them.

  Our experience was not a good experience. No hospitality at this location. We arrived, we were the only ones in the lobby, no other people around. We had booked a room with disability access. My husband, who walks with a cane asked about a luggage cart. The front desk attendant gave him the runaround. She had no idea where the luggage carts were located, but she sent him down every hallway in search of a luggage cart. At no point did she offer to get a luggage cart for us. At every other motel/hotel we've been in, the luggage carts are in the lobby ready to use, if they are not in use by other people checking in. When asked about a luggage cart not within sight, our experience has always been the front desk attendant has been quick to get one for us. No hospitality here!

  We live in Corvallis and visit our daughter and her family in Southern Idaho. Burns is the halfway point and we always spend a night coming and going. Always clean and breakfast is always great to start our next leg of the trip.

  There's not much in the area, but it's a small pleasant space. The rooms are quite nice, and are fairly clean. They are well arranged, only slightly disorganized and tightly spaced. The service is amazing, the night shift front desk lady was amazing to talk to. She was very friendly and had a lot of the same interests as me coincidentally. We mostly talked about anime, but she was VERY good at her job too, she did everything very quickly and effectively. 10/10 would talk to her all night! Very nice!
