  I love best western . My grandson loves the pool. The free breakfast is decent. There is plenty of free parking. My room is clean and quiet.

  A very central motel which is more of a hotel. Several amenities, very comfortable beds, very attentive staff. I would not choose anywhere else when in Eugene.

  My daughter and I stay at this Best Western frequently, and every single stay has been absolutely outstanding. Without question, it’s our favorite place to stay in Eugene. Every visit has been a 10 out of 10. The staff is truly exceptional. Everyone is warm, welcoming, and genuinely cares about making your stay the best it can be. The breakfast team is always incredibly friendly and starts each morning with a smile, while the front desk staff goes above and beyond to make every guest feel valued and appreciated. It’s rare to find a hotel with such consistently outstanding customer service, and that’s what keeps us coming back. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with an amazing team that treats you like family, I can’t recommend this Best Western highly enough. We look forward to staying here every time we’re in Eugene!
