  I had heard bad things about the Dallas hotels but was pleasantly surprised to find the staff friendly, the room was very clean and a good size, the price was reasonable, they're pet friendly and breakfast is included. Not much more you can ask for when traveling through the area. I will definitely stay again next time I'm in town.

  While making a reservation at the Best Western, Corvallis, I mistakenly made reservation at BW Dallas, OR. Within 15 minutes I contacted BW Dallas to cancel the reservation. They refused to cancel even though they suffered no economic loss. This is not how you treat loyal customers on fixed incomes. Please avoid this property if you can.

  This was the only option to stay in Dallas, Oregon. They had raised the rates for the weekend to $333 for 1 night. The room looked very worn, questionable spot on the carpet in front of the door. The spa was barely heated and very foamy. Breakfast was bare minimum-no toast or bagels and the sausage was gelatinous. The bathroom was disgusting. Black mold on the shower curtain and around the tub. When I did a final check of the room I found 2 different socks that belong to my family. When I spoke to the front desk person he made an "ick" face but said he couldn't do anything and didn't have the manager's information. Drive the extra 20 mins in another direction and stay somewhere else.

  The fans in the shower were extremely loud. The shower curtains had black marks on them. When I told the assistant manager at checkout I was told we know the rooms are old.

  Just checked in Shower wont drain, shower curtain has black mold, black pubic hair all over bathroom floor. Super digusting and horrible experience. Deschutes county jail has better showers than this. If you want to stay at a digusting hell hole this is your place to go as they dont have proper housekeeping.
