  Service is poor, they do not help with managing loud guests. The rooms are dirty, Shower curtains do not keep water in the shower and cause a mess, the toilet was actually not level, not even close. The food is poor, coffee is bad.

  Asked for Handicap room, I have copd hard for me to walk long distances! They put me on 3rd floor in room farthest away from elevator! Asked if I could have first floor told me no nothing available! When I checked out, talk with manager and she said, oh well, nothing that they could do about it.Have a nice day! Very un-caring! STAY AT YOUR OWN PERIL! I WONT BE STAYING THERE EVER AGAIN

  My only issue with this place is you can't have constant air flow from the fan on the AC unit unless you try to freeze yourself out. The Lady at the front desk seemed kind of upset with our company booked rooms. I honestly rather stay at any IHG brand hotels. But if you like constant air flow than don't come here. Toilets are low riders. Shower head in 307 sucks. Style over comforter is dumb with shower heads.

  Llevamos unos años reservando este hotel para nuestros clientes. Estamos planteándonos cambiarlo por el trato de recepcionistas. Es una pena, por que el hotel está bien y tiene buen desayuno. Además nos cuadra bien. Por poner un ejemplo, se niegan a solicitar el deposito de fianza a cada cliente y nos cargan el deposito a nuestra empresa, con el consiguiente riesgo para nosotros. El trato de la chica de recepción es pésimo y de mala educación. El recepcionista de noche, al preguntarle algo de madrugada ni levanta la vista de su móvil.

  Rooms are Clean. Parking is Limited. It's a 4.6 Stars. Breakfast is Horrible. Sausage is not fully Cooked, Watery Eggs 🥚, Biscuits are Hard Gravy was Watery. There was no Coffee ☕. When coffee ☕ was finely put out it was Nasty 🤢. Thank God 🙏 Starbucks is Nextdoor for Fresh Coffee ☕. A $100 Hold on your Credit Card 💳 is Totally unusual 😡
