  Where do I even start? The hotel staff was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. When we walk in there, we are met with the front desk, receptionist Who said she had rooms ( king suite and double queen ) available for three night's . She swiped our credit card for a total of $649.57 forgot to save the information so it shows up in the system that we’ve paid nothing Then she proceeds to say we only have a double queen room that is not secure and the key card doesn’t work. Which was NOT disclosed to us before we paid the money. Before that, she even tried to put us in a room that was already taken. After that, she called her manager after she got off the phone with the manager, she told us that we would need to pay the money We already just paid again. The manager called back and said that is not what she said and she just needs to see ID meanwhile, the receptionist said that her manager saw her on camera and started crying . Why would you start crying if you didn’t do anything wrong? Then her whole attitude switched And she was being overly nice. We ended up taking the room with the key card that doesn’t work just for that night. When we talked to the manager in the morning, she said that she has no payment on file yet it shows on the credit card app that there is a pending charge for $649.57 The manager said she was sorry for the unprofessional behavior last night . The front desk receptionist Susan should be fired. I would not stay here if I were you.

  Close to The Winstar Casino. Room was cozy and comfy. Nice employees. Will stay here again.

  Pretty decent hotel for a night at Winstar. King size suite was very spacious and clean, bed slept okay, pull out couch sleeps better. Great breakfast, good service, the hotel attendants are very nice and helpful. My only gripe is, they give you a thin sheet and a blanket to sleep with, rooms are very cold so if you are planning on booking a stay here bring your own cover. ALSO, there is NO store around this area you will have to drive 10 miles back to Gainesville just for a convenience store, so make your last round of stops before you get here, they have limited snack options. If you're looking for a good budget stay that won't break the bank grab a room here!

  Poor shower pressure, tv not working in our handicap room. The room was at the end of the hall and the ice machine was on the 2nd floor at the end of that hall. Our bucket leaked . The elevators smelled terrible. They added an additional $25 to my bill. I wouldn't stay there again

  Very clean very comfortable room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is convenient to the interstate and casino. Best price in town.
