  It's got a kinda smell to it, like there's been to many homeless people staying here. There's just some smells that can't be removed. They do spray the rooms down with pesticides, which leaves its own smell. It is what it is. If you're one of the homeless people, that's being subsidized for free, it's good. But if you're s customer paying top dollar for a last minute room, well it can feel disheartening that we pay so much for that. :( what made us second class citizens that have to pay top dollar?

  The last day I could make a cancellation on my room I found out there was a death in the family. Because I didn’t cancel in time they charged me anyway, without me being able to stay and refused to even work with me on a different solution. I’ll be staying at a different location when I need to be in the area.
