  Found bed bugs on room 200. Put some of them in a bottle to show the front desk.

  I have questions for anyone leaving positive reviews for this place. I wouldn't take money to stay here again, let alone pay the $124 a night. I could list everything that was wrong about it, but plenty of people have already mentioned enough. All I can say is that I won't ever be back and would recommend it to an enemy only. I regret not doing more thorough research when selecting this place. The casino next door appears to be much more hospitable for a similar price.

  Room was spacious inviting comfortable and exceptionally clean. Service from the night clerk to the housekeeper breakfast attendant and the morning clerk was fast attentive and everyone was super nice.

  Dirty dirty dirty, bad ants. Don’t pass out, they’ll crawl on you. Defiantly not worth more than $30. Toilet had broken parts, urine stains, bathtub faucet was coming out of the wall, AC cover was falling off. The lawn is not mowed. Very unkept. The first room reeked of weed. We had to change rooms. Whew..never again. Most Best Western’s are not this bad. The curtains had 3 inches of visible dust on it that. Yes, I would consider this place filthy. If you’re going to offer breakfast, don’t say they are real eggs when they are obviously powdered eggs. We have food allergies and those are not the same!

  Worst hotel experience ever. They refused to check us in because we requested a specific room. We had stayed at this hotel before and knew that some rooms had bedbugs, so we wanted to avoid those. The front desk employee was rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, he called the police. I hope the management focuses on cleaning the hotel and getting rid of the bedbug problem. Hopefully, this review helps other travelers make an informed decision and encourages the hotel to address these issues.
