  Octavia checked us in she was absolutely adorable. Set us up with member discount we were having fifth wheel worked on and she went out of her way make us feel comfortable. Room was awesome kitchenette. Would stay here again Had awesome breakfast

  Had a reservation for this hotel for this evening. My husband and I are on the road to Elk City and this hotel calls to cancel my reservation this morning because they are "overbooked". Some excuse about a tournament in the area. I made this reservation 3 months ago. I called BW customer service and they agreed that this is unacceptable and they should NOT have done this. I was able to get another reservation at a Wyndham hotel in the area, but what if I was unable to get a room? Absolutely shameful that you did this to a customer. Terrible business, terrible management! EDIT: You’re blaming this on a third party overbooking??? I made my reservation THREE MONTHS AGO! You left two senior citizens without a room on the day of our arrival. You chose to accept a higher rate and you cancelled our reservation. SHAMEFUL! We will never book a room at your lousy hotel EVER again.
