  I had to travel to Zanesville last minute because of a family emergency. I called ahead to explain the situation and ask about traveling with a toddler. The staff were very helpful, gave me prompt and accurate information, and were very understanding about having a small child with us regarding the use of the pool and checking out a few minutes late. The breakfast was hot and there were a variety of choices. The room was clean.
