  I had a really good stay at the Best Western in Hebron, Ohio, and would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling through the area. The hotel may not be brand new, but what impressed me was how clean, well maintained, neat, and organized everything was. My room was very comfortable, the air conditioning was ice cold, the TV and amenities all worked perfectly, and everything felt like it was being properly taken care of. They also have a very nice pool area, although I didn’t get a chance to use it. The breakfast the next morning was excellent and much better than I expected. They had everything from hot eggs and sausage to cereals, yogurt, coffee, tea, honey, and plenty of other choices. It was a great breakfast before getting back on the road. I also had the opportunity to meet the owner, Khalid, and you can immediately tell that he takes a great deal of pride in this hotel. He was very professional and clearly cares about keeping the property clean, comfortable, and well run. I actually complimented him personally on what a nice job they are doing. When I left, I learned they were already sold out for the following night, which really didn’t surprise me. This is clearly a well-managed hotel that delivers a clean, comfortable stay and good value. I would absolutely stay here again when traveling through Ohio. Highly recommended.

  The receptionist tried to rip me off and over charged even claimed that if I wanted to pay cash it was going to be close to 300 for 1 night never going back

  I’ve been here multiple times and I’ve never had as many issues as I’ve had this time. We will never be back. The first room smelled like mold so they switched us to a new room and that room smelled like cigarettes. We ended up staying all of two hours and then left.

  Clean. Good water pressure hot showers all amenities open.
