  Everything was amazing beginning from prior to my stay. I called ahead of booking to find out information about the rooms. The person on the phone took time to walk to the rooms and check to see if a handbar was available for a shower. He then called me back. He was extremely pleasant to speak to. When we arrived the front desk lady was so kind and humorous. When I walked in our room it was clean, the beds were very comfortable. They seemed brand new. The carpeting padding underneath felt bouncy and plush again like it was brand new. Breakfast was as expected. The pool was great. The kids enjoyed their stay and so did we. We stay at a lot hotels as we travel for sports and this place was a top favorite!

  This place has been great. Clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Pet friendly rooms available. Breakfast was minimal but good. Double queen room was very spacious

  Worst customer service ever very childish booked a room to take my son swimming with his brothers and cousins for his bday got the room a hr after booking it and went to pay and misunderstood the clerk so when he realized I had to many kids with me he told me they couldn’t swim well I can’t pick kids over other kids so I said caould I just get a refund and he really used the 24 hr cancellation policy on me and was very rude they definitely could have shown more understanding cause we didn’t even use the room we left.

  The lady at the counter was very nice just an average place to put your head down nothing fancy
