  I was very disappointed with my stay. Even before going inside, I noticed the exterior siding of the building was coming off, which gave a poor first impression. When I entered my room, there was a strong mildew smell and visible dust buildup in the air vents, making me question the cleanliness of the room. I immediately tried to cancel because I didn’t feel comfortable staying, but my request wasn’t honored. The front desk employee was disrespectful and provided horrible customer service. I was told the manager would contact me, but I never received any follow-up. Overall, the condition of the property and the lack of customer service were unacceptable. Unfortunately, I only thought to take a photo of the exterior after I left the property, so I don’t have photos of the room itself. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again.

  They allowed us to check into this hotel on Friday at 10:30pm while construction was going on, didn’t know this until they started at 6:15AM Saturday doing the shingles for the roof and we wouldn’t sleep. I asked for another room and they said I have to wait until 12p when the rooms are clean for the day. With that being said I’ll be spending the next several hours outside the hotel in my car trying to get some sleep. Terrible experience!!!!

  For the amount that is charged for these rooms - it is a crime. I only stayed here as a last minute option and that was a big mistake. The rooms are outdated, scarcely furnished and smell wet, the area is questionable, the check in process took forever -it was an extremely unpleasant stay and waste of money. Will not stay here again or recommend anyone to stay here.

  They have a (HUGE) problem with vehicle break ins. There is window glass all over the parking lot. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they said that they had security and they do not. I scheduled the room for three days and stayed one night when someone cut the cables in the bed of my truck stole a generator. I stayed one day and checked out and they charge me for the full three days. If you stay here, take everything out of your vehicle and leave the doors open unlocked so they won’t break your window. The hotel knows they have break-in issues but do not get security personnel on site. They’re just trying to save as much money as they can. The hotel is dated, it’s more like a motel than a hotel. My company nor I will ever stay at this hotel.

  Would not have picked this hotel but it was listed as an option/requirement for a stay to play tournament. TWENTY Cars broken into overnight, window busted out and property stolen. Ironically parked in clear sight of the front desk and under lighting… So it’s hard to not feel like either that person was not doing their job OR was possibly participating somehow. Definitely not worth what we paid, and especially after having to pay deductibles for windows and stolen property. Stay away from here. EDIT: you'll see in their reply that the front desk person supposedly saw what was going on in real time. They sure acted clueless when people were asking questions first thing in the morning . Plus...if that's true seems easy enough to snap a picture for police. Not buying it. Again...stay away from this place.
