  The water dispenser was not operational. The ice machine was out of order. The computer system was non-functional. The Wi-Fi service was unavailable. The jacuzzi did not reach the desired temperature. There was a persistent dripping sound emanating from the bathroom. The lobby furniture, which appeared to be from the early 2000s, was covered with sheets. This experience was unsatisfactory given the $250 per night rate. I will not be returning to this establishment. The breakfast quality was subpar. The bread items were pre-wrapped in a manner that rendered them stale. I cannot recommend this location to others. This property requires a comprehensive renovation. The current pricing structure appears to be disproportionate to the value provided, suggesting that revenue is not being reinvested into enhancing the guest experience. I will not be staying here again. Furthermore, I may reconsider staying at any Best Western property in the future.

  The entire facility needs a total overhaul- carpet is terribly stained and there is a funky smell in the rooms.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing from beginning to end. When I arrived, I was charged a second time for a room that had already been prepaid, leaving over $300 tied up on my credit card until the issue could be resolved. The first room smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke that it burned my eyes, despite being a non-smoking room. The second room had an air conditioner that was stuck on full blast and could not be adjusted or turned off. We finally ended up in a third room that was acceptable. The property itself feels old, worn, and poorly maintained. Exterior doors were propped open late into the evening (11 pm)and there were people camping in the parking lot, which made me feel uncomfortable as a solo mother traveling with my young daughter. I chose this hotel because I was camping nearby and needed one clean, comfortable night indoors. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the hotel left me feeling uneasy. Having just come from a modern hotel in New York City at a similar price point, the difference in quality was striking. I do appreciate that the staff continued trying to find us a suitable room, and the third room was ultimately fine. However, between the billing issue, having to change rooms twice, and the overall condition of the property, I would not stay here again. Lastly I requested a call from the manager who was never onsite and did not receive one.

  Wonderful Hotel, Located just outside of town Large room very clean and comfortable bed. Staff at the front desk were awesome helped e out a bunch. They had a great breakfast to get you started in the morning. All you Trekkies stay here for the night :)

  My wife, a friend and I came walking through on an extremely hot day asking directions and I just wanted to say that they kindly offered us water and helped us find cabs for later. It was greatly appreciated and not something they owed us at all so I thought id just leave a good review here. Thanks so much!
