  Absolutely awful customer service. Luxury prices, but certainly not luxury treatment. My husband bought me a Van Cleef bracelet online for my birthday. It was already PAID IN FULL. We drove all the way from Connecticut just to pick it up, and somehow they managed to turn picking up a bracelet into an airport-security experience. First, you need an appointment just to pick up something you already own. Getting an earlier appointment required back-and-forth texting, which was especially ridiculous considering we arrived and there was practically NO ONE in the store. My husband forgot his physical wallet but had digital copies of his passport and driver’s license, the receipt, confirmation email, proof of purchase…everything showing that HE was the person who bought and paid for the bracelet. They still refused to give it to us. No flexibility. No attempt to find another solution. And conveniently, no manager available. For a company selling jewelry at these prices, you would think customer service would be exceptional. Instead, the attitude felt cold, pretentious and more focused on acting exclusive than actually taking care of customers. We were so disgusted with the experience that we CANCELLED the order completely. Van Cleef lost a sale and a customer over something that should have been a simple pickup. There are plenty of luxury jewelers that know how to make customers feel valued instead of inconvenienced and unwelcome. Spend your money somewhere else. We certainly will.

  My experience here is always the incredible. I live in Charlotte, NC, so we don't have a VC&A but I was introduced to Marissa P a few years ago by cold calling the store and ever since, she has been my "go to" concierge for luxury purchases here. She is kind, patient, and took care to make sure every little detail was correct for all our purchases over the years. Called her yesterday to order an Alhambra set for my wife (anniversary), and it just arrived < 24 hours! We couldn't be happier. Thank you Marissa, you are the best!

  Nice service. We brought something for adjustment and they took good care of us even item not directly purchased from this shop.

  Been to VCA stores in different cities in Europe and this Hudson yards LACKS customer service. Purchased multiple times and there was no asking to offer any drinks or water. I would try other locations first to have a better shopping experience.
