  There’s a reason this is the Vacheron flagship! It doesn’t matter if I’m buying a new piece or just want to try on some recently released references, the VC team is always willing to go above and beyond. Both Nina and Loni are some of the best in the business and truly understand how to take care of their clients. I always make an effort to stop by when I’m in the area because it’s such a pleasure!

  Long overdue— first of all, thank you to everyone at VC and especially Heidy, who went above and beyond to get me this dream watch for my birthday. It doesn’t happen often that you can walk in, express interest in a watch and be surprised with it a few days later. This is memorable to me. Thanks again. Truly appreciate the experience I got from start to finish.

  Posting this after multiple visits over the years. Stark contrast to other VC locations. Possibly the worst floor experience of all the boutiques I visit. Cold and unwelcoming recently, maybe a change in tone after realizing I'm wearing a VC. Some of the staff are great, but the range is fascinating. Not what I expect from VC, and especially not from a flagship location. Was not like this before.

  Walked in with no appointment. They were very nice and accommodating. Pulled the watch I wanted to see from the back and told me they could order it with a short wait. No weird sales tactics, just great customer service and let the product speak for itself. This is what I would expect when buying something like this. Great boutique.

  Highly recommend visiting the Boutique and asking for Heidy! I came in searching for a specific watch that holds a lot of personal meaning for me, and Heidy genuinely took the time to listen to the story behind it. Her customer service is professional, attentive, and made the whole process incredibly smooth and enjoyable. She patiently answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. An overall fantastic experience!
