  Posting this after multiple visits over the years. Stark contrast to other VC locations. Possibly the worst floor experience of all the boutiques I visit. Cold and unwelcoming recently, maybe a change in tone after realizing I'm wearing a VC. Some of the staff are great, but the range is fascinating. Not what I expect from VC, and especially not from a flagship location. Was not like this before.

  Walked in with no appointment. They were very nice and accommodating. Pulled the watch I wanted to see from the back and told me they could order it with a short wait. No weird sales tactics, just great customer service and let the product speak for itself. This is what I would expect when buying something like this. Great boutique.

  Highly recommend visiting the Boutique and asking for Heidy! I came in searching for a specific watch that holds a lot of personal meaning for me, and Heidy genuinely took the time to listen to the story behind it. Her customer service is professional, attentive, and made the whole process incredibly smooth and enjoyable. She patiently answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. An overall fantastic experience!

  I had a great experience working with Heidy at the Boutique. I am looking for a specific watch that was personally meaningful to me. I shared some background on why I was interested in that particular model. Throughout the process, Heidy was professional, attentive, and easy to work with. She took her time, answered my questions, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, a top-notch experience and excellent customer service.

  I would not recommend this VC boutique to anyone who is interested in having a good watch buying experience. The staff inside the store were unfriendly and when asked if I can try a watch, the lady pointed towards the display case and said all watches are on display and seems like they just weren't interested in talking at all. Took my information on a piece of paper but I never received any confirmation that it has been registered. There are a few more low rating reviews here about the same person I think. There are other VC boutiques in NY/NJ area and the experience at those stores was much better. A flagship store should do better.
