I don’t usually leave Google reviews, but my experience here was genuinely disappointing.
I made an appointment by phone in advance, and even from the booking stage, the tone was unfriendly. I later called as a courtesy to let them know I would be running late due to unexpected traffic. Instead of accommodating the appointment, I was told that since they weren’t busy that day, I could basically disregard the scheduled time and just come in to “see if” the sales associate was available. As a customer, that felt backwards. The appointment should be honored, not treated as optional depending on staff availability.
When I arrived, no one greeted me except security. I had to approach staff myself and explain that I had an appointment.
To be fair, the sales associate was patient while I tried on rings and confirmed my size. However, her attitude noticeably changed when I asked for a different ring, which was actually more expensive and became my final choice. She appeared visibly annoyed, which was surprising in a luxury setting.
The biggest issue was communication and follow-up. I repeatedly explained that my phone number is international, and I also provided a local number for convenience. Despite this, I was not contacted once, not via WhatsApp, and not via the local number. I was told I would receive a shipping confirmation or tracking number, but after calling the store myself, I was informed that they do not provide tracking numbers. This leaves me unsure whether the item has even shipped, which is especially stressful as I am leaving the country soon.
The person who answered the phone during my follow-up call was also extremely unhelpful and dismissive. It was honestly the worst customer service I have experienced from a luxury brand.
I love the ring, but the service and overall experience were far below expectations. A luxury store should provide luxury-level service, and this did not come close.
