    I forgot a expensive diamond ring in the hotel i called them they told me that they found it and its ready at the front desk and i can pick it up i traveled a few hours to pick it up and the lady at the front desk told me she has no clue about it and i will need to talk to the manager when i asked her for the managers contact she didn't provide it to me she just told me that she will call me when she has a update that's ridiculous

    We went and stayed here about 2 years ago and the stay was great, we went yesterday and stayed for the night. The room was dirty, the sheets had little holes in them, the tub was dirty. The Ac barely worked. The toilet wouldnt flush. We paid for the spa double bed room through booking. And got the double bed room instead. The whole experience was not good. Paid all the extra money for a small dirty room where we could not bath our children.

    Great location, and the friendly gentleman at the counter made us feel welcomed. He even checked with us about how our stay was at checkout. The room was very clean, AC quiet and odorless, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, a pleasant experience with a good price!

    The owners of this Best Western should be ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES! We booked the room for Thurs. night. Graduations were going on so getting a room anywhere was difficult. The reviews and rating didn’t seem too bad so we weren’t expecting this many issues. As soon as we opened the door the smell hit us. Cigarettes, body odor, a dank moldy smell, and food. The carpet was filthy. The bathroom was filthy with urine and pubic hairs all over the floor. MY SHOES STUCK TO THE BATHROOM FLOOR. THE BED WAS MADE DIRTY. There were disgusting stains on the bedskirt and hairs on the pillows. Broken furniture, dusty lamps with wiring and cords poorly stretched and exposed. Filthy fridge and microwave. A sticky film on the television. Did not even touch the remote. Went downstairs to see if there was a different room available and had to wait while two separate guests chewed out the poor front desk guy for the same reasons we were needing a different room! I’ve worked in hotels for years. I know that you have to keep up with housekeeping hiring and FIRINGS! Hotels are not “at the mercy of their housekeeping staff” if they pay fair wages and hire good people. This room and the overall condition of the hotel is a direct result of HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Message to management: Get out of the hotel business because this is BEYOND FAILURE. When your front desk agent gives you a nearly empty can of room deodorizer there is a MAJOR PROBLEM. We took our chances and resigned to sleeping in our vehicle and informed the agent we could not stay in that room. Fortunately he helped us with a refund (which has yet to show up). If we do not see the refund in our account soon we will be pursuing further action because this room was hazardous to health and safety. We couldn’t even stay five mins in that room and were lucky to get one elsewhere. The front desk agent was embarrassed and really maintained a professional demeanor while dealing with multiple complaints. This hotel would be lucky to keep him but something tells me he will find a better employer and better working conditions.

    We were given a room on the second floor, which is normally not an issue but we had luggage to deal with. This place has no elevator and no rooms were available on the first floor. We could not carry our heavy bags upstairs, so we spent 30 minutes in the parking lot reorganizing our luggage so we only needed to bring up one bag. We were visiting relatives and their eyes widened when we told them where we were staying. We didn't think it was that bad, but locals felt differently as far as location. The place could use a little extra love. On the positive side, I can count on BW to allow the AC in the room to keep me comfortably cool at night. And a bonus here was being able to make shadow puppets on the shower wall given the lighting in the bathroom! 😃 Endless fun.
