  I like the hotel, but they cheaped out on the linens. The pillows used to be pretty good. Now I would rather use my boots.

  We were traveling through Tonopah on our way to Lee Vinings to Tahoe. Had booked one night at BW Hi-Desert Inn. We arrived early around lunchtime and asked if the room would be available to check in early. We were told at the desk that check in was at 3pm and we might be able to check in at 2 or 2:30. We were traveling on a motorcycle so we asked if she would be able to hold our helmets so we could walk across the street for lunch to kill some time. She stated that she couldn’t hold them because she didn’t have any place to put them. So we couldn’t check in early and she could accommodate us with our helmets. The optics to us were that there were hardly anyone checking in on a Tuesday afternoon and we believe we saw housekeeping leaving around 1pm. Fortunately the room we booked had a same day cancellation policy so we cancelled and drove two hours to our next destination. We choose Best Western Hotels as our preferred hotels typically because they are very accommodating and have never had an issue checking in early or accommodating our luggage if the room is not ready, which we have never had and we’ve spent 16 nights this year already and probably have that many more scheduled as we travel back across the country.

  Clean room, ceramic mugs for coffee. Best bacon at BW we've ever had Staff was friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this facility.

  They have an actual chair, not a fake "lounge" that no one would sit on, and with foot stool. Put your feet up after a drive. And hook up to HDMI is easy.

  Voor een tussenstop naar Las Vegas hebben we dit hotel geboekt en het was oke. De kamer wel ruim (met woonkamer) en het ontbijt ook prima, alleen wij hebben weinig geslapen door zeer luidruchtige kinderen van een gezin tegenover ons op de gang, dit was echt niet normaal. Schreeuwen, op de deuren slaan, tot laat in de avond en heel vroeg in de ochtend ging het alweer verder. Wij hebben die mensen hierop aangesproken, maar de workaholic moeder negeerde het en de vader was te blue. Het hotel is dus wel heel gehorig, dat was erg spijtig.
