I’ve visited several Vacheron Constantin boutiques worldwide and have always had great experiences until now. This time, our group went in to find a special watch for a friend’s birthday, and one saleswoman turned the whole visit sour. She wasn’t merely asking normal questions about size or model she delivered them in a condescending way, as though we didn’t know what we wanted. We were crystal clear on what we were looking for, yet her attitude was dismissive and rude. In the end, she bluntly told us they don’t sell men’s watches.
I’ve never encountered such unprofessional behavior at any other Vacheron boutique. While the other staff seemed fine, this particular encounter ensures I won’t return to this branch. I truly hope they address this, as this does not reflect the brand’s usual standards.
I had an amazing experience here at this Vacheron boutique with Marya.
Walked in with no expectation and was hoping to be able to try on and look at some watches. Marya was very professional, warm and helpful. Walked me through the options and ordering process. I left the boutique feeling the best I’ve felt in any watch shop.
I’m excited to come back and visit Marya and the team in the future. And hopefully with a new watch on the wrist.
Horrible, discriminatory experience. The sales associate here racially profiled us from the moment we walked in. After asking a bunch of intrusive questions, including asking where we were from, she refused to help us. She actually lied and told us they don't sell men's watches, even though we were looking right at them on display. Appalling customer service and completely unacceptable behavior. Management needs to address this immediately

As someone who has built relationships with multiple watch boutiques across several brands, I can say unequivocally that my experience with Reed at Vacheron Constantin in Las Vegas has surpassed them all.
I was introduced to Vacheron by a fellow watch enthusiast and scheduled an appointment with Reed during my next trip to Las Vegas.
The appointment exceeded expectations. Reed took the time to educate me on Vacheron’s history and walked me through several pieces across their collections. I was especially drawn to the Overseas, Patrimony, and Fiftysix lines.
What was scheduled as a one-hour appointment turned into two, yet I never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. I ultimately placed a deposit on a steel Overseas 5520V (blue dial, delivered four months later) and purchased a silver dial Fiftysix. I’ve enjoyed both pieces even more than anticipated, which led me to recently add a pink gold Overseas 4520V to my collection.
What stands out most is how rare it is to find exceptional products paired with equally exceptional service and follow-through. That’s exactly what Reed and his team consistently deliver.
