  Not as good as some of the other Bestwesterns I've stayed in. It's not bad but could be a little better. Room was clean, shower was only warm. No welcome water at check in even though I'm a Gold member. HVAC was a bit noisy.

  Excellent customer service service, front desk was awesome. Food in the morning on point. Room was clean and situated properly. Most of all , reasonable. I’ll share this with my friends when they visit . Good job .

  Very nice, quiet and clean hotel. Excellent location. Well kept for its age. Lovely light-filled breakfast room. Heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Judy, the front desk manager, helped me greatly as l care for my disabled mom. Will return.

  Our family recently stayed at Best Western Plus, and we had an outstanding experience from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out. We have stayed at many hotels over the years, but this visit truly stood out because of the excellent customer service, the cleanliness of the property, and the welcoming atmosphere that made us feel at home. The front desk staff gave us a warm and friendly welcome. They were professional, courteous, and genuinely cared about making sure our family had everything we needed. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant, and they always greeted us with a smile. The hotel itself is in excellent condition. The building is well maintained, and the lobby and common areas are spotless, bright, and beautifully designed. Everything looked clean, organized, and inviting, creating a relaxing environment for families and travelers alike. Our room exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, bright, beautifully arranged, and exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable, and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The coffee machine was clean and convenient, the refrigerator was spotless, and the countertop provided plenty of space with all the essentials we needed. It was clear that great attention had been given to cleanliness and guest comfort. We also appreciated the ice machine, which worked perfectly and was very convenient for our family's needs throughout our stay. One of the highlights of our visit was the complimentary breakfast. It was truly unforgettable. There was an excellent variety of fresh and delicious food, and everything was well stocked and presented. Our children absolutely loved breakfast every morning. They were excited to wake up each day because they felt completely at home. Seeing them so happy made our stay even more enjoyable. Although we didn't have the opportunity to use the laundry facilities or the business center with the computer and printing services, we noticed that these amenities were available and well maintained. It was nice to know that the hotel offers these conveniences for guests who may need them. What impressed us most was the attentiveness of the staff. There was one moment when we became confused about where our room was, and before we even had to ask for help, a staff member noticed that we needed assistance and immediately came over to guide us. That level of awareness and genuine hospitality is rare and made us feel truly cared for. Overall, our family had an exceptional experience at Best Western Plus. The outstanding customer service, beautiful and clean facilities, comfortable room, delicious breakfast, and caring staff made this a memorable stay. We would gladly recommend this hotel to families, business travelers, and anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.
