  We have stayed at a lot of Best Western and this one is good. It's not bad, it's not great. It's good. The breakfast was good enough but not top tier. The room was clean but not top tier. It was nice paying less and being away from the strip but still within an easy ride share to the strip. We paid less than $30 for our ride each way. We would stay here again.

  Receptionist Reiny and her manager was amazing. They made surprise for my wife as she had a birthday wheb we were staying at the hotel. Would recommend it. Also the rooms were clean, pool avaiable till late evening.

  I travel to Henderson every two to three months and this location has become my go to. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The room is always spotless and the bed is always comfortable. There's a lot of different dining options to choose from. I highly recommend this location.

  The booking agent and front desk staff provided out-of-this-world service!! Then the amazing quality of the hotel (lobby and rooms). Here in Las Vegas, without a second thought, this is the number one hotel for me.

  Be prepared, what you purchase is not what you receive. We booked the suite, called and verified that it had a separate bedroom, and dining area. When we were let into our room (late because it was not ready at check in time) we found that it was a standard king room. When brought to their attention they said they were aware of the problem, and could do nothing. And it was our fault because we used a “third party” to purchase. They claim their website/app is a third party. Mind you I called and spoke to someone before and after the booking to clarify it was correct. In the end they gave us a discount on our stay but we would have rather stayed somewhere else and received what we had booked. But by the time we were made aware of the issue it was too late to do so.
