  This is now one of my favorite BW Hotels. It was a pleasant place to stay on the way home to Texas from Leadville, CO. The staff is friendly, the rooms are very quiet and clean, and the pool is a lot of fun. I recommend this hotel with high regards. Enjoy.

  This was a perfect stop on our travels. Check in was easy. Staff was amazing. Our room was near the pool, on the 2nd floor. It is interesting with the 2 doors but it was a great idea. It was great that there was an elevator. The atrium area was really nice. Plenty of places to sit and relax. The pool was really nice. There is a great fitness center. The lobby is great too. There is a restaurant right off the lobby. The gift shop has some nice souvenirs. Our room was clean and very nice. Bathroom was clean as well. The buffet in the morning was one of the best that we have had. The food was very good. You could order pancakes and they brought it to your table. The self serve yogurt was something we had not seen in our travels. Plenty of toppings. We will definitely stay here again.

  This hotel is very good. Customer service was great . Parking a Motor Coach's was good. The hotel was very clean.

  The room was super clean, all the amenities looked really nice, and every employee we met was super nice and professional. 100% recommend if you're needing a place to stay

  When we first pulled up to the hotel, we were a little concerned on how it would look inside. However, once I got inside to check in - 10/10! It’s such a cool set up - each room has an external door and an interior door. Extra bonus points that there is a salt water pool instead of chlorine and it’s heated! Also the restaurant on site had yummy food with good prices. And the breakfast in the morning was also at the restaurant and it was top tier! They had a self serve yogurt station with toppings that you could add. They had REAL eggs and REAL sausage (not the nasty rubbery fake stuff most hotels serve). And they had fresh ready made pancakes! We loved our stay and the rooms were super clean. We would stay here again if we ever come back to Raton.
