  Hotel oceniam średnio.W pokoju bardzo śmierdziało z klimatyzacji.Nie dało się wywietrzyć pokoju bo okna się nie otwierają.Basen 1 dnia był zamknięty :(. Lokalizacja-bardzo słaba.Nie było gdzie wyjść, bez auta nie ma jak dojechac do centrum. Jedyny plus to śniadania.Dość duży wybór jak na amerykańskie standardy.

Thank you for all the little things you do to make guests feel comfortable and cared for.💖 I also wanted to share a little idea, only if you think it would be a nice fit. The outside lounge area is already such a beautiful and relaxing space, and I think adding some soft, warm decorative lights-perhaps delicate string lights or subtle outdoor lighting-could make it feel even more magical in the evening.🍂✨ It could create such a cozy glow and make the beautiful view even more enchanting, while still keeping the elegant atmosphere you already have.🍁 Just a little thought from a guest who really appreciates the beauty of your hotel.   Karen Ortiz in charge of Breakfast this Sunday was great thank you! The Breakfast Area is great clean and feels cozy. The customer service and price are great. The rooms are nice and clean and inviting. It is not luxury but I love the essence it has.

  I booked this hotel around 8:00 p.m. on the evening our flight to Newark was delayed and ultimately canceled. Although United did not officially cancel our flight until nearly midnight, I decided to reserve a room earlier because the situation at the airport was becoming increasingly uncertain. Before arriving, I called the front desk to explain that we were stuck at the airport with no clear information about when we would be released. The front desk associate was incredibly reassuring and told me we could check in as late as 6:00 a.m. if necessary. We eventually arrived around 12:30 a.m., and the check-in process was quick, easy, and welcoming. After spending more than nine hours on the plane followed by several additional hours at the Philadelphia airport, we were exhausted. Walking into a spacious, clean, and comfortable room felt like a huge relief. I enjoyed a hot shower in the well-appointed bathroom, which was stocked with plenty of towels and quality toiletries. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to get the much-needed rest we had been looking forward to all day. The room also included a television, refrigerator, and coffee maker. While we didn't have time to use the TV or refrigerator during our short overnight stay, we did enjoy making coffee the next morning. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. There was a wide variety of options, and I especially enjoyed making a fresh waffle. The breakfast area was spacious and inviting. While it seemed a bit warm during the busiest part of breakfast service, it became much more comfortable as the crowd thinned. A special thank you goes to Linda, who was working in the breakfast area. She was warm, kind, and genuinely welcoming. Even as breakfast service was ending, she encouraged us to take our time and never made us feel rushed. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and even cleaned our table. Given the circumstances, finding this hotel felt like hitting the jackpot. With so many hotels near the Philadelphia airport already sold out, we were incredibly grateful to find such a comfortable place to stay and in our home state. What began as a very stressful travel day ended on a much more positive note thanks to the outstanding hospitality we received here. I would gladly stay again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the Philadelphia area. P.S the vending machines were great. Needing water at 12:30pm upon our arrival was a breeze by visting machines.
