  We visited during the Animal crossing x Sealife event, & it was amazing! Lots of cute photo ops & the New Horizons music playing 🥹 I was truly impressed by how much the employees knew about all the fish, they were able to answer any questions we had! It's not a huge aquarium, takes an hour or 2 to walk thru, so perfect for kids!

  Not a lot of other aquariums have a level of atmosphere that can compete with Sea Life at American Dream mall. Every minuscule detail was designed to make the place exceptionally immersive. It has a few interactive exhibits, including a petting tank, and another tank with an indentation for visitors to take in a 360-degree view of the habitat. Staff are friendly too.

  Animal Crossing X Sea Life = Best experience ever!! Today i had the best experience, I had to go around and collect stamps from each of the animal crossing characters. While i was looking at different types of fish, seahorses, stingrays, sharks, guppies, clown fish & so many more!! Every exhibit had information that told you about the type of fish or sea creature you were looking at. Very informative! The crew was super nice and amazing! I felt super safe because i went alone it was amazing!!! 🪼🐠🐡💗🐢🦈

  My boyfriend and I came for the Animal Crossing Exhibit and were so happy with how our day went! They let us in before our ticket time since it wasn’t too busy, which was great. It was very clean, everyone was very friendly, and the city theme was done really well. The best part was definitely when one of the managers came up asking us if we wanted to see something cool, and then took us in the back to get a peak of the big city tank from above!! She was so nice and told us a bunch of the names of the sharks and fish in the tank, as well as answered all of our questions. It was great to see it from a different angle and totally made the experience even better! I’ve been to the SeaLife at the Mall of America, which was cool as well, but getting to go in the back completely topped my boyfriend and my’s expectations!! Absolutely loved it, and I loved how they incorporated Animal Crossing into it :)

  Shane was excellent! I can boast all day about Shane. He is a great representative for Sea Life to have! We went to the aquarium for our 1 year anniversary and the underwater eco system they have on display is magnificent. One issue is the giant eels. It seems like they should have a larger tank to stretch out in. There are however a couple of other issues that we noticed. One the tickets are priced high for this experience. Also, when we came in and had our tickets scanned a lady asked if we were having pictures and I asked her how much they cost, she stated that they were included! So we took our pictures and I thought "oh my this is great to have as memory of our 1st year anniversary". When we got to the end to pick up our pictures they told us we had to pay for them. Which wasn't what we were told at the entrance to the display. Anyhow, we tried to explain to the lady, the one with the purple hair, what was happening to us ans she was so rude we walked out. I was going to go ahead a buy the pictures but she wouldn't shut her mouth, a very, very rude lady. Well, she ruined our anniversary at Sea Life and walking out of there her arguing with my us was all we could talk about. Sorry Shane. Because we overlooked how wonderful his service was. We left there angry and upset!! Ruined our anniversary!!!!!
