  FRONT DESK DOESN'T ANSWER PHONE. We left an item in the room and called the hotel and asked them to check if there’s anything there. He told me to call back in 5 minutes and that he will check.. we called about 20 times in an hour not one person answered the phone!!

  This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We go into our first room and the reek is cigarette smell was nauseating. We go down stairs to switch our room and they “upgrade” us into a bath tub suite and stated we have to switch out of the room the next day. We walk in there and there is still an awful odor. It’s 10pm at this point and exhausted from traveling so we just stayed in the room. House keeping then proceeds to knock on our door at 10am the next day saying we have to leave the room and go into another room. Guess what? They try to bring us to the same first room as the night before. Smells like they sprayed febreeze to cover it up so the smell was even worse than the night before. After arguing with the guy at the front desk he finally gives us a different room on the 4th floor. Room was still disgusting. They wouldn’t give us any reimbursement or apology for this awful experience

  That dirty carpet needs to to uprooted and change. It looks like it a hotel in the 70s in the woods. This is the 21st century People needs to enjoy where they stay unless you don't care about dirty carpet? ripped curtain and a mouse then this is for you. I want them to see this review. They should be lucky i didn't involve the department of health and environmental department to report the mouse that I saw. .

  Yeah, I'm not impressed.My first visit here Was wonderful this time, not so much.First of all they advertise Refree breakfast for 2 days.They have not had any breakfast except for oatmeal, cereal and muffins.Where are the eggs?Where is the breakfast meat? And second of all , the lady at the front desk wouldn't let me switch rooms I told her that I didn't like the room but to be honest it smells like cigarette smoke. I didn't tell her why I didn't like the room because I didn't want to get accused of causing that smell. I\nAsked her , could I get another room on the same floor she told me that she didn't have any available. LIES!!!! I don't know,maybe next time I come visit I'll find somewhere else to stay. I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED AND A LITTLE MIFFED!!
