  Spent over $250 just to spend the night then had to take a cold shower. The water would not heat up to the front desk and he kind of laughed and I will have to tell maintenance about it.

  The WiFi sucks. I had to use my phone data all the time.

  I really enjoyed my stay at the Best Western plus in portsmouth, new hampshire.I definitely will be returning in the future.Thanks guys.

  The location was great, it was my second stay... first stay was great but this time we couldn't even shower as the doors to the shower wouldn't move. We tried calling the front desk but got no answer and then waited over 10mins to check out and inform them that we couldn't access the shower but nobody came back to the desk.
