The hotel itself is ok but the staff I dealt with was terribly rude. Yelled at the kids in the pool instead of talking to the adults. Walked in the side door becuase I have special needs that isn’t able to walk all through the lobby and was immediately berated and treated like I was breaking in. Pool is extremely loud and reeks of chemicals. Found bugs in bed. Will not be back.
Very disappointing experience. I reserved this hotel through Super.com, and when I arrived to check in, I was informed there was a $150 deposit required. That was not something I was expecting when I made the reservation, and finding out only after arriving was extremely frustrating.
What made the situation worse was the receptionist’s attitude. She was very rude, dismissive, and made an already frustrating situation even more unpleasant. There’s a professional way to explain hotel policies to guests, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.
Between the unexpected $150 deposit and the way I was treated at the front desk, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Best accommodation we stayed at and we had been traveling for a month! Rooms were clean and fresh. Everyone was friendly, even the manager, Carol Broer. Greeted warmly and recognized as a Best Western member. Breakfast was superb, even offered options for gluten and other food sensitivities! Breakfast room was large and clean. The location was perfect. Rooms were clean and welcoming. Arrived late with no problem. Would definitely stay again at this place outside of Omaha, NE. Best Western Plus is the way to go.

I'll start with the not so good. Furniture in the rooms could definitely use an upgrade as well as the bathroom sink/vanity area. Provided soap, shampoo and conditioner, are awful. And it was frustrating that one of the elevators was out of order. Now for the good, regardless of the downfalls, anytime we come back to the area, this is still the hotel my family would choose to stay at time and time again. All of the staff we encountered was AMAZING!! Especially Ana and Alizbeth! There were 2 other front desk gals that I encountered that could learn to smile but both were still helpful. The pool area was a huge hit with our kiddos and provided hours of fun for our whole family while allowing us all to make new friends. I, personally love that there is also an outside patio/sun deck for the tanners to enjoy as well as a hot tub. So, bring your own soap, shampoo and conditioner, pay no attention to the furniture that may have some rough edges and your family will love this place too!! And be on the look out for Ana and Alizbeth because I can't give either of them enough praise for such a job well done!!
During our visit, hotel has/had very poor front desk customer service, particularly from a woman named Santos, who demonstrated an unprofessional attitude both over the phone and in person. Later, when our key cards stopped working, she was still at the front desk, her response was, “Who ever checked you in put you in the wrong rooms, augh.” I reminded her that she was the one who had checked us in earlier; she simply stared and reprogrammed cards.
The hotel itself is okay. During our stay, the rooms were old but decent, and the beds were fairly large. However, better maintenance would greatly improve the overall experience for anyone that stays here.
We also, visited the pool area, unfortunately very dirty bottom with debris, rocks, and slimy patches. The surrounding outdoor area was also unclean and muddy.
Breakfast was American‑style, well prepared, we did enjoy it.
Overall, our stay was okay.
