  Clean hotel. Good place to be and it’s in a good area. I recommend staying here. The staff was nice and couldn’t complain. Floors are creaky though when staying in a level 1 floor.

  Location location location. This hotel is close to everything you need in Grand Forks, this is our 2nd visit in the past year, I think all the hotels in Grand Forks should lower their prices to attract more Canadians, the city is slowly dieing, lots of empty stores and closed restaurants. We still like going here because of Texas Roadhouse, shopping isn't really worth it anymore. .
