  The pool and sauna were well maintained, lobby area too. Breakfast is hot and traditional. Front desk staff extremely friendly and pleasant

  Today is Thursday, June 25th, 2026, and I've heard drilling since 8 a.m. on my anniversary date. I know hotels have repairs from time to time, but my goodness, we weren't notified by the front desk at all about the repairs. Apparently, all the rooms are getting new locks on the doors. The cable is in/out all week, the WiFi constantly disconnects, and the beds are hard on my back. Room service was great, and the breakfast was okay. I don't think I will be back, though, because it wasn't worth the money spent. You can also hear doors slamming all hours of the night. Next time, I won't be getting a room on a hallway. The one in Maggie Valley had its own entrance to and from the parking lot. The two stars are because of the noise from the drilling, the TV going in and out, and the WiFi constantly booting us off.

  I stay in hotels for work every week, and usually it’s holiday inn express. Holiday inn has free breakfast but they false advertise it by putting a picture of bacon on their breakfast sign. Holiday inn NEVER has bacon, and they never have a hot tub. This best western has both. They have an awesome free full breakfast with bacon, eggs, potatoes, fresh orange juice…it was delicious. They also have a nice outdoor pool and a working hot tub. We will be staying here from now on.

  Great place to visit. It was truly an lovely experience the staff are all friendly they have different nights for the week down in the lobby and at the bar. The pool is a great add on to the trip. They also do complimentary breakfast and I can say that it was phenomenal the kitchen workers worked extremely hard to make sure there was enough for all. The front desk workers are remarkable, most of our stay we had Austin he is a great person. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Me and my family thank you all for a great stay!

  My dad and I stayed here for a night after helping move my uncle to the city. The rooms were awesome, we both enjoyed the comfortable living accommodation, the amenities were amazing as well, especially the pool and jacuzzi which we spent a lot of time in. The location was wonderful, right beside a Burger King, shopping outlet, and a massive assortment of restaurants(sit down and fast food), and the staff. The staff was very great. Many interacted with us, kept us happy, made sure we enjoyed our stay to the fullest, and convinced him and I to sing in Karaoke. Two staff members stood out the most, a blonde woman(forgot to get her name) who manned the bar, she sung with us and helped us, and a person manning the cleanliness of the tables and outside Clara. Both of these workers were very amazing and wonderful, taking time out of their days and jobs to speak to us and share stories! Would definitely return again.
