    My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room had bedbugs, I woke up with bites and was very concerned about bringing the infestation home with me. To make matters worse, the hotel kept my security deposit despite the issues I experienced during my stay. I raised my concerns, but they were not handled professionally or fairly.I was in a rush to leave and the receptionist just gave me a receipt and not my deposit.I called them and they said you should have picked it up before you left the poperty. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Guests should not have to deal with bedbugs and then lose their deposit on top of it. Very poor customer service and an unacceptable experience overall.

    We like Best Western because of its good rates a nice rooms but this location was not what we are accustomed to, for it to be an Best Western. I posted pictures of what we noticed in rm 218, cracked mirror and broken wall where the shower rod was. The attendees accommodate and changed our room but we saw the cable cord pulled from the wall. Please get this fixed. But it still gets 4 stars overall

    I didn't mind having to change rooms because the TV didn't work. I didn't mind waiting to be checked in. Service and staff were great. However, I REALLY didn't like the payment discrepancies. I booked through Expedia and the room was paid for up front. As I checked in I was told there was an upfront ADDITIONAL ($100 charge) to be put on hold until I checked out. Security deposit of sort for any damages. I guess. But the next day when I checked out I got a receipt for $63.84 returned to my card. Whatever, whoever, website or hotel I still won't know what I was charged until I see my bank statement. What if I didn't have $100 and had just travelled in from out of state? Put up a sign that says $100 to check in our hotel and we are good.

    Stayed for 5 days and had to go ask for clean towels after day 3 because no one cleans the room apparently. I only gave one star because there's not a negative star review available. The breakfast was good if you were a starving person who hadn't eaten in a month. It looked like the carpet was last cleaned shortly after it was installed. I'm going to add a few pictures so you know I'm not making it up. The pool was a pleasant color of green and the algae adds a nice 3rd world ambiance.
