We showed up around 10:30 pm, had issues checking in. But got it straightened out. Would stay again, but recommend friendly staff at night. The gentlemen who check us out yesterday had to call us because we were billed wrong. So we technically owed more money. The room was okay, close to our things that we wanted to see.
Was here for a work trip. Front Desk Erin was super nice and helpful. I think I was third in-line but it moved efficiently. I checked out the pool, a little dated but seemed very clean. Rooms looked recently updated and were actually quite spacious. Only thing to note is that there was construction in the lobby but I think its due to a update.
I have stayed here 34 times just this year, and have been coming here for 3 years prior. The girl at the desk “Baue” who has check me in many times asked for my email. Told her I have 5 different ones, I gave her my rewards number she told me I don’t get points that’s because it was booked through a 3rd party. That’s fine I have plenty of points, she kept asking for my email, I told her I don’t remember it. Always at all Bestwestern / Surestay inns that’s how I check in. There were several other customers wait in line. I said take care of these folks, and I will call Customer support at BW. She said no couldn’t do that? Those other folks wanted to check in, she made them wait, finally after much debate she didn’t need my email. Never had this happened in the past or at any motels in this chain. There are 2 other drivers who also stay here that work for the same company. I guess we will be staying at another hotel in Billings it won’t be a Best Western!!!

We booked this hotel for the pool after a long drive from Canada, but the pool was cloudy and unusable. Staff added chemicals, without testing the water, while we and our children were present, making the air difficult to breathe, and we had to leave the area. There were bandaids (yes plural) floating in the pool as well. Despite this poor effort to fix anything, the pool remained unusable the next day. When we asked about a resolution, we were told we already had a good rate. There was no follow-up, and when we called again, the conversation ended abruptly. We were deeply disappointed, especially since the pool was our reason for booking.

We have stayed here twice and that will be the last time. Their staff is not friendly; they don’t welcome you (don’t expect it if you’re a member) or help you and always has attitude or just rude. Their rooms are ok, not the cleanest, one room their toilet seat was broke and not cleaned, another time had hair in the corner of the bathroom, one our first visit someone tried walked into our room when we were in bed watching tv, their pool is not clean or even full in the deep end, workout rooms are small, no where in sight did we see any complimentary coffee, water, and tea, they have a small area that I didn’t even see that they have maybe 4 things like laundry soap, deodorant but basically nothing, when asked for help it like pulling teeth, their elevators are old, druggies on their lawn. Do better! All around! Price was about $150-170 not worth it.
