  We stayed one night on our way through. For the price not bad at all. There was 4 of us in the room me, my wife, and two kids. Quiet and clean

  Without a doubt, the nicest hotel in Yazoo City. MUCH better than the one right next to the railroad tracks! The only suggestion for improvemnet that I could offer them is to ditch the brown gravy at breakfast and use WHITE gravy.

  I stayed there for over 10 years twice a year and it was raining in our room and know one did anything about it . It had to been doing it every day that it rained the smell in the room was unbearable. We stayed there for 5 days after 3 days of staying in that horrible smelling room. I will never stay there again

  Terrible customer service. Manager and owner Ravi Patel yelled at me on the phone for questioning the prices showing different online. Charged 444.00 for 2 queen rooms after taxes and fees. That is outrageous at a 2 star hotel.

  I cannot thank the staff enough. Everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The check-in process was seamless, but the real reason I’m writing is to recognize Ms. Essie. I was there alone and going through a very difficult moment. Literally everything was going wrong. Ms. Essie noticed I was in distress and stepped in without hesitation. That level of care was not required of her, yet she extended it anyway. Her compassion, awareness, and willingness to act made an overwhelming situation feel manageable. She is truly exceptional, easily an 11 out of 10. It’s rare to encounter someone who shows that kind of kindness with no expectation of anything in return. Experiences like that restore your faith in people, and I will not forget it. I also want to acknowledge Ms. Kelly, who also went out of her way to support me during a stressful time. Her help did not go unnoticed and was deeply appreciated. Thank you to the entire team at Best Western Yazoo for your professionalism and, more importantly, your humanity.
