Walked into room. Put bags down on bed. Walked into bathroom to turn light on. Roach just sitting on the floor staring at me. Had to keep my bags up on a table, and thoroughly check them before leaving.
Whole room had a very strong odor of cleaning supplies, or maybe pesticides? I dunno. Either way, unless you want to go home with new friends, would pass on this one.
Staff was friendly enough, morning lady was angry at the world, but the others I encountered were very nice. If I had to find a positive.

Easy access from the interstate. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. This is not a fancy place, but it is clean (Yes, I checked for bedbugs! None.) Every light bulb in every lamp worked!!! Excellent shower head!! Small pool was clean. Breakfast was typical, but complete! All the usuals, presented in a clean, well-maintained area. The only negative thing? Like so many hotels today, they had the tiny, marshmallow pillows.
Worst place ever! Started off in room 207. Night 1 I got up to use the bathroom and a giant roach crawled out of my shoe. I complained to the school I was in town to attend. They reported they sprayed the room, which only made it worse! Roaches were everywhere ( I have several pics) After 2 days of complaining, and getting locked out of my room for 5 1/2 hours, they finally moved me to room 201. I want to say this room had bed bugs ( but never found any bugs) this room had something biting me! I had bites on my back, my face and both arms. And when I complained, no one seemed to care. In fact I believe I was kicked out of school because I complained about the horrible conditions of this hotel, because the school will not give me any proof otherwise. They are obviously contracted with this roach motel! Morning lady in the office is RUDE! Evening lady is super sweet! The owner/manager Raju Patel is extremely rude & hateful! Mr Patel even at one point shoved a bed into me, while trying to prove to the school director his hotel does not have bugs smh.
Husband and I arrived here in the middle of the night. We had been super tired since driving a long distance from Arizona.
The first room we were given was disgusting. It smelled like dirty, sweaty clothes. The place was dingy, but the bed was awful. Stains on both the sheets and comforter. They were everywhere so it’s not like it was just one little mark in one place.
We were annoyed bc we’d already unpacked and brought all of our stuff in. So we packed everything back up, and then told the front desk of the issues. They then assigned us to a new room.
Upon entering the new room, we smelled bleach. This was promising, as it meant that it most likely had been cleaned. My husband got into bed and fell asleep. I took a shower, and when I got out, I saw a roach run off of his legs!!!
Immediately, I told him and we packed everything back up YET AGAIN. We then informed the person at the front desk that we will be leaving due to the persistent issues.
I do not recommend this place whatsoever. I’ve never experienced a terrible Best Western until now. Also, there were suspicious men hanging around outside of our room that were very noisy. There were also people smoking marijuana nearby.
STAY AWAY, especially if you have children. Strange place! I wouldn’t even pay $5 for a room.
Luckily, the front desk refunded us and apologized for the issues we experienced.
STAY AWAY.
ROOMS ARE INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES. I should have looked at the other bad google reviews because my experience was the exact same. I arrived very late at the hotel and a few hours after checking in we noticed cockroaches appearing from every crevice in the room. The air in the room was suffocating and the fridge had the old guests food. When we told the front desk they were completely unbothered and didn’t even bother an apology. I had to pack all my bags and carry my toddler out who was asleep in the middle of the night. I have never had such an horrible hotel experience. What’s worse is the hotel did not give us a refund whatsoever. Horrible experience.
