  Unclean rooms, major bug problem, horrible breakfast, & greedy($) rude staff. Do not waste your time and hard earned money here.

  This is not a five star hotel. But for the price range it's in I gave it five stars. This is the second time we have stayed there it was actually a little better this time than the first. The breakfast has some hot options such as sausage, Canadian bacon, egg patties and a waffle maker as well as cereal, yogurt boiled eggs, muffins and different things. The bed was a little firm for my preference but ok. The room was very clean. They could spend a little more effort cleaning up on the outside especially around the pool area.

  This property has a serious cockroach and insect infestation. The moment we entered the room, we noticed a strong pesticide smell, which made us very uncomfortable and concerned about the health and safety of our family. We had traveled with our children, but we could not stay. They were frightened by the insects, and we did not feel the room was safe or clean enough to spend the night. Another major issue is the lack of an elevator. This makes it extremely difficult, if not impossible, for elderly parents or anyone with mobility issues to access rooms on the upper floors. What is most concerning is that I found reviews from previous years describing the same problems, yet it appears that little or no corrective action has been taken. A property with ongoing health and safety concerns like these should either be thoroughly cleaned and brought up to acceptable standards or temporarily shut down until the issues are properly resolved. I have already reported these concerns to the corporate office and have requested a full refund. Given the way this property appears to be managed, I am not very confident that my concerns will be addressed appropriately, but I hope the company takes this matter seriously to prevent other families from having the same experience.

  Walked into room. Put bags down on bed. Walked into bathroom to turn light on. Roach just sitting on the floor staring at me. Had to keep my bags up on a table, and thoroughly check them before leaving. Whole room had a very strong odor of cleaning supplies, or maybe pesticides? I dunno. Either way, unless you want to go home with new friends, would pass on this one. Staff was friendly enough, morning lady was angry at the world, but the others I encountered were very nice. If I had to find a positive.

  Easy access from the interstate. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. This is not a fancy place, but it is clean (Yes, I checked for bedbugs! None.) Every light bulb in every lamp worked!!! Excellent shower head!! Small pool was clean. Breakfast was typical, but complete! All the usuals, presented in a clean, well-maintained area. The only negative thing? Like so many hotels today, they had the tiny, marshmallow pillows.
