  It is commendable that they are trying to renovate this hotel and it seems to be going well. Interior is nice and the renovations already done look nice. Indoor pool is clean and accommodating. Our room was okay. It was clean but you could tell it needed more updating. There was a water leak stain in 2 places on the ceiling. There was an open hole in the wall in the bathroom near the floor and there was little to no water pressure. Bedding was clean and beds were comfortable. Hopefully management can make the additional updates. Given the location of this hotel(downtown in near the river) it is understandable that parking is limited but it was awkward to park and it is definitely first come, first served. Overflow parking isn't that far away but not ideal. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

  Great weekend! Hotel was a convenient location. We had a comfy bed. Breakfast was good & hot. Eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy.

  Very nice hotel. Right by the riverfront and historical/tourist sites related to Mark Twain. Our room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. And we enjoyed an evening walk along the river. I'd certainly stay again should the opportunity present.

  Let's start with the good things. Great customer service. The beds are very comfortable. Now..the walls are paper thin. Listened the the rooms next door conversation word for word and had to listen to their TV most of the night. Breakfast was just plain. Not great. There was no coffee and had to go to the lo by to get some. Neutral. There is an indoor pool in the middle of the hotel. The smell of chlorine is throughout the whole hotel.

  Great hotel, good service, nice people. Keep in mind that the main building has the pool right in the middle adjacent the lobby. The sound carries… We had a decent (not at all how it was advertised) first floor jacuzzi king room. It was fine, but older. The location caused the sound to echo right into the room. Pool closes at 9pm or so. That helped. Otherwise great location we could park and leave our car to walk to the “downtown” area.
