  First & foremost, I would like to say THANK YOU to the staff at this hotel. Especially to April, for the excellent service we received. We had a booking that family did for us and several others for my mom’s memorial. My brother and I , including our spouses and kiddos, decided to come in a day before. The staff was very accommodating, even making sure to put us in the rooms we would be in the next 2 nights. They were welcoming and kind, getting checked in was seamless and they made sure to explain how to get re checked in the following morning (which was even easier).Our kids swam in the indoor pool, we hung a lot out on the patio in the back which was super nice, and a gas grill with plenty of seating area. The hotel is located on the Main Street next to all the restaurants, within walking distance of food, coffee, aldis, Walmart and gas stations, We had several family members staying there & we were able to relax outside until very late & they didn’t seem bothered by us at any point in time. I am especially thankful for April who was reassuring, so thoughtful and sweet and made a very overwhelming sad moment for me, feel just a little bit better and less overwhelming. The service industry needs more people like her . Our entire 4 days was pleasant. Breakfast was delicious, rooms were spacious but we didn’t have a bathtub, which was actually fine , the showers are large . Our kids enjoyed ice cream from the lobby, the lobby had plenty of seating and the breakfast area also had plenty of seating & faced the patio, There was never a moment that I ran in to a staff member and they weren’t making sure we didn’t need anything or have a smile on their face. if you are ever staying in Bolivar, this is the place to stay- ideal location, clean interior and exterior &excellent service! Thank you for for being so patient with all of our kids (and us) and for such a pleasant experience

  Almost brand new. Nice breakfast. Rooms clean and comfortable. Convenient for us. Also close to the university. Friendly and efficient staff.

  This hotel is well maintained and comfortable. They have one of the best Continental Breakfasts I've had at a hotel in all of my travels. If you need any incidentals there is a grocery, a Walmart, a nice sit down restaurant, and a gas station within eye sight of the hotel. All the outdoor stuff there is to do is a short drive. Just great overall.

  All the staff at this Best.Western plus in Bolivar, has been more than accommodating and friendly. They made me feel comfortable and welcoming, big shout out to Andi she went out of her way to accommodate me with an early check-in .
