Staff were friendly. The room had an odd odor and the sink wasn’t draining properly. Bedding/room was nice. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. Mattresses are a little too firm for my liking but not horrible. Breakfast was decent; offering choices of scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffle maker, yogurt, juice, and more. Bread/muffin selection and fruit were gone by/before 9am (breakfast served until 10am). Elevator is sketchy; extremely slow and there’s a loud clunk when you go down to the first floor. Disappointed choosing “river view” because you cannot see anything from the 2nd floor with the trees. Pool area appeared dungy but we didn’t use it. You can walk/drive across the street to Cracker Barrel. Overall, it seemed worth the price considering most other comparable hotels nearby are more expensive.

I rarely leave reviews, but this one feels necessary. We paid around nine hundred dollars for two rooms for three days, and the condition of the hotel was unacceptable for the price.
When we checked in, the front desk attendant told us the employee who handled my reservation back in May had overbooked the king rooms I reserved. The attendant acknowledged that the mistake was the fault of the person who took the reservation and apologized, but it was frustrating to hear our reservation had been put at risk because of an internal error.
I specifically booked a king room with a soaking tub for both rooms, and my room (201) tub had excessive, sloppy caulking that made it look poorly maintained. I wasn’t comfortable using it. If I had known, I would have booked somewhere else entirely. The rest of the hotel was no better. Hallway carpets had debris scattered through them, including what appeared to be fingernail clippings. Inside the room, there was stained furniture, dirty outlets, deteriorating caulking around the sink, and what appeared to be mold in the shower. What bothered me most was the carpet. It felt damp underfoot, and by the end of the day, the bottoms of my white socks were black from just walking around the room. I ended up wearing shoes the entire time inside, which is gross. For what we paid, this was incredibly disappointing. Cleanliness and basic maintenance are the bare minimum, and this hotel fell far short. I won’t stay here again, and I can’t recommend it to anyone expecting a clean, well-maintained place to stay!

Staff was friendly and attentive but unfortunately it didn't make up for the issues during our stay. We chose not to use the pool, it is in severe need of maintenance and a deep clean. There was a piercing on one of the tables and a clump of hair, there was loose debris of the painted liner on the bottom (a lot of it) and what stopped us from even getting in was a big brown smear that could've been human excrement on the pool bottom. Very unpleasant. The room was ok, we had a toilet that wasn't clean on the outside by the wall but the bedding and everything else seemed fine. We were just disappointed that one of the main amenities we wanted on our trip was unusable.

Very good hotel at a great price. Clean and comfortable rooms. I don't need fancy amenities, I just need a clean, quiet room and a decent continental breakfast with a few choices. They provided.
had an excellent stay at Best Western Blue Water Bridge. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained though a little dated. The staff was friendly & welcoming. Check-in was quick, the rooms were good, and the beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety and was well stocked. The location is convenient, with easy access to the Blue Water Bridge, restaurants, and shopping. Overall, this hotel offers great value for the price. I would definitely stay here again.
