  The staff was very friendly and courteous. My Uncle left his phone sitting on the table in the hallway. We were close to the funeral home (which was 30 minutes away) so the desk receptionist went and got it and put it up till we got back. I forgot her name or I would give her a shout out. Food was pretty decent. We will definitely stay here again.

  Tv cut in and out watching all channels. Housekeeping missed us for 4 days. Huge room great location. Great price. Nice breakfast

  I contacted the hotel prior to my arrival and informed them that I would be checking in at approximately 11:00 p.m. They confirmed my request, so I expected someone to be available at reception. However, when I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. I called multiple times, and each time I was told that someone would arrive within 15 minutes. Unfortunately, after waiting for over one and a half hours, no one ever showed up. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I was traveling with my child, which made the situation even more stressful. Had I been alone, I might have been able to wait longer, but with my child, I had no choice but to leave and find alternative accommodation. Thankfully, Booking.com assisted me promptly with my refund request. However, I was forced to book another hotel at the last minute, which cost me an additional $100 because of the hotel’s failure to provide the service they had confirmed. This experience caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and extra expense. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication, professionalism, and reliability. Promising that someone will arrive in “15 minutes” repeatedly, only for no one to appear after more than 90 minutes, is simply unacceptable.

  Yikes- If the front desk staff is any indication of what the service is like in this hotel, I will pass. I visited with a delivery on 7/18 and was met with a micro aggression from front desk staff Joe. He was condescending, rude, and unapologetic to me in front of guests. I would not ever spend my money in a place that supports this kind of behavior.

  The room was nice, but the staff were inconsiderate and quiet unprofessional. The front desk was unattended at check out time, so I just left my key on the desktop. As a result, they kept my $100 security deposit which prompted me to depute that portion of payment.
