  The front desk woman working on 9/1/26 at 4pm check in was awful. Unprofessional by saying room numbers aloud (safety concern), openly called one of my coworkers difficult— of which my coworker just needed clarification, and was generally just unpleasant. I’m still fully aghast that she would be so rude while someone just needed clarification. Especially with pushing back so hard instead of listening to what was being said, especially when the person was going to be compliant but just needed to understand. The rooms do smell musty, if you have a mild sensitivity I personally encourage you go somewhere else. the AC is inconsistent through the building, as is the airflow. With general MD humidity it’s pretty ick.

  The staff is Amazing!! Jeff on the Front Desk as the Quests beat interest at the heart of everything that he does. Housekeeping did an Outstanding Job! Thank You for make our stay inviting and hassle free.

  We've been staying here for years. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and it's easy to walk to the beach, mini golf, Seacrets. Devin, the assistant manager is amazing. He always remembers us and chats and asks how we are. We look forward to seeing him every year. Rooms are clean and have microwaves and mini fridges

  Room was ok. Lots of dust behind the furniture. Found medication on the floor( do they not vacuum?) Stains on the couch and seat. Breakfast was a decent variety, have had better but this was adequate.

  I stayed here a few days ago; the good thing was that the room was spacious and well-equipped, and the breakfast area was quite large and clean. Curiously, the bathroom seemed designed for people with special needs or those of short stature, as the sink and toilet were quite low (I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, and this is the first time I’ve seen fixtures at that height). The beds were quite hard and uncomfortable, but what frustrated me the most was that both the bathtub and the sink were clogged, causing the water to pool; it was pretty gross seeing dirty water sitting there the whole time. If you’re wondering why I didn’t complain at the time: I was very tired, and I was checking out the next day.
