  Very good hotel, clean, got swimming pool, Sauna. Jacuzzi 🥰🥰🥰 Wasn't that expensive. I love their buffet breakfast 😋 High recommended 👌

  Just got here and maybe this is premature but... So we arrived here early. 2 other cars in the parking, the place is empty. We tried to check in early but the person at the front desk wanted to charge us extra to check in early. In all my travels I have never encountered that before. A lot of times you can't check in early and that is understandable but an empty hotel and charge to check in early? Needless to stay, I'll never be staying here again. We usually stay across the street and we're going back there tomorrow

  My husband booked this hotel for our 1 year anniversary we've been to Kent island before but our first time staying here and it was amazing 👏 it had a jacuzzi in the room 😀 I was so surprised to see this it was big lol the room was nice and I slept like a baby will definitely be back 10 out of 10 💯

  I wish I could give zero stars. Mark, the manager, and the way his staff handled this situation was honestly unbelievable. We called the night before AND again an hour before we arrived and were told we could check in early for a fee. When we got there, they completely went back on what they told us and turned us away. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix their mistake, Mark and the front desk staff were incredibly rude, inappropriate and dismissive. I’m pregnant, and they genuinely expected me to sit in a hot car for SIX HOURS in the Maryland summer because they messed up our accommodations. We ended up having to find somewhere else to stay. I work in customer service myself, so I understand that mistakes happen. What I don’t understand is treating people this way and refusing to take any accountability for your own mistake. On top of that, there were multiple things I saw that raised serious health and cleanliness concerns. The complete lack of professionalism, compassion, and basic human decency was shocking. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

  The hotel's location is nice, and they say there's a balcony. There's no balcony, just a corridor. The breakfast is terrible; you don't even have drinking water. The reception staff are very indifferent, acting like they're just working to fill their hours. I definitely don't think they deserve the money they charge. There's no interest or concern whatsoever. Don't even think of it as a hotel; just consider it a run-of-the-mill room. I absolutely do not recommend it.
