  I did NOT LIKE the surprise of extra incidentals $100-$250. Being charged that wiped out my meal budget. The receptionist was non personal showed no feeling. I and my daughter were placed on the first floor. We felt unsafe. At 1am the people over us were making loud noises. The bathtub had a hole or two. Stains were prevelant on the drapes. Someone's child was playing outside my window at God only knows what hour. I literally cried. I was overwhelmed with unexpected surprises of disappointment. I've never experienced Best Western at this level of disapproval 😔. Can I get a refund 😔🥹😔🥹😔.

  Very Disappointing Stay I stayed at the Best Western and unfortunately had a terrible experience. I was bitten by bed bugs during my stay, which was extremely upsetting and concerning. A hotel room should be clean, safe, and properly inspected for pests. This experience made me very uncomfortable, and I would expect management to take this issue seriously and address it immediately. I hope the hotel takes the necessary steps to inspect and treat the room so that other guests do not experience the same problem.

  Clean place, warm water, decent breakfast. Don't expect a 5 star hotel. But definitely worth it for a quick night rest.

  We came in as a family of 6 for a quick overnight before our main stay in DC and I am sad that we couldn’t stay at this location for the whole trip. Rooms were clean, comfy and cozy. The best part of this location was Angel, the front desk rep. When we checked out, we decided to eat at Denny’s across the street & my wife realized she left her wedding rings in the room. She rushed back to find that the housekeeping staff turned it in right away and Angel had it all sealed up neatly and tight in an envelope waiting for her return. Angel was a delight and a pleasure to speak and work with. This property has a diamond staff member with her. Thanks Angel!

  My sisters and I stayed at Best Western College Park for the 1st time. It is a hotel that gets the job done. Although, it might not be the most fancy like its competitors, it doesn't need to be. You are here for the location, the walkability, the stores, walking proximity to UMD, the DC metro and to be in the DMV. The room was standard issue, two clean double beds, the bathroom was clean and with a good supply of towels. Housekeeping freshened up our beds and supplies. Parking was free overnight with the Best Western hanging tag. I'm glad I took a chance compared to Holiday Inn Express. I look forward to rooming with them again at future occasions.
