  Great location for the hotel, but a bit of a concern with parking as sometimes it wasn’t well mentioned if the side lot by the storage units were able to be used or not for our stay.. Breakfast had a great variety of food; wish we had tried the restaurant! Gym is a bit small, but I doubt any fitness enthusiast wouldn’t have a membership for local centers. The rooms were spacious for the value and the housekeepers were always so generous and kind when they were around! There’s also a cat there that I was always confused about the story behind it, but it felt like a heartwarming host that helps light up the environment with its presence. The cat gets 5 stars as well!

  I stayed there for three days for a concert, and it was absolutely the best! The hotel is only about 8 minutes from M&T Bank Stadium. No complaints at all! They offer a really good breakfast with different options every morning, and the staff is incredibly nice. My favorite part was seeing the cute cat relaxing there!

  Every time I come to this hotel, I am treated with utmost courtesy by two young ladies no three Elena Rivera Tamara. They treat me like a king thank you for these young women know how to treat your customers with professional courtesy.

  If you want to stay somewhere nice and comfortable, do not stay here. The rooms have a stench of mildew/feet. The vent cover in our closet was fully open; any thing or animal could have came in our room. We had to barricade it closed, the sheets on the bed were stained and there were bugs. Yuck!

  Absolutely horrible. I made a reservation and was told the check in age was 18+ which went along with what I was told in the confirmation email. I was later informed that the policy had changed to 21+. I called the hotel and spoke to a very rude receptionist that accused me of lying about my confirmation email and said the policy was always 21. I had to call corporate (who was much more courteous than the staff I spoke to at the hotel directly) to give me a penalty-free cancellation due to a change in the policy. They contacted the hotel and the hotel lied about the cancellation reason, saying the customer "provided no reason for cancellation". I later sent an email to the hotel directly about this discrepancy and still haven't received a response over a week later. Please do not respond to this review asking me to contact you, I already tried to reach out multiple times through different channels and was greeted with nothing but hostility and coldness. Your opportunity to make things right is over. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
