    I stayed on June 13th 2026 in room 1107 and only stayed one night and was charged $150 room deposit and was told I would get it back 3 to 5 business days and here it is June 23rd and still haven't gotten my deposit back . My wife and I ALWAYS clean up after ourselves so I know for a fact the room wasn't damaged or filthy when we left it. Where's the transparency? Most of all.. Where's my deposit?

    Good breakfast, the ladies running it did a great job keeping everything full and clean. Comfortable beds and very quiet at night, even with a lot of guests and the attached comedy club. Great customer service from the employees, check in and housekeeping. Parking attendant did a great job maintaining the guest parking during comedy events. Convenient location and felt safe. Only downsides: Pool was very cloudy with an extremely strong smell of chemicals. Older fixtures in the bathroom - sink faucet leaked onto the vanity and shower pressure was aggressive and difficult to reduce

    I felt compelled to write this review because, sadly, genuine humanity and compassion seem to be missing from a lot of people these days.During my stay, my partner and I were at the front desk and overheard a guest explaining that she needed to extend her stay because her daughter had just undergone brain surgery. What was heartbreaking was watching a manager dismiss her concerns with little to no empathy and no apparent desire to help or even explore possible solutions Thankfully, a front desk supervisor stepped in shortly afterward. I believe she was the Front Desk Supervisor based on her name tag, although I didn’t catch her name. She listened, showed genuine compassion, and made an effort to assist the guest during what was clearly a very difficult time. It was refreshing to see someone who truly understands the hospitality industry and treats people with kindness and respect.People like her are exactly why customer service matters. She turned what could have been a very disappointing experience into a reminder that there are still caring professionals out there.Other than that situation, I genuinely enjoyed my stay. The property was pleasant, and the staff member who stepped in left a lasting positive impression on me.

I rarely leave reviews, but Janel absolutely deserves recognition for the exceptional service she provided during my stay at Best Western My experience at Best Western Plus Hotel & Conference Center was absolutely fantastic, and a huge part of that was thanks to Janel. From check-in to check-out, she provided exceptional customer service. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything went smoothly. The check-in process was quick and stress-free, and she made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made my entire stay comfortable and enjoyable. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about guests the way Janel does. She goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is taken care of and that guests have the best possible experience. Management should be proud to have someone like Janel on their team. She is truly an asset to the hotel and deserves recognition for the outstanding work she does. If you're staying at Best Western Plus, ask for Janel you won't have any issues. She'll make sure you're well taken care of and that your stay starts off on the right foot. Thank you, Janel, for your excellent service. I'll definitely be back! .

    I had an excellent experience during my stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Janel, the Front Desk Supervisor. From the moment I arrived, she was professional, welcoming, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding customer service. She handled every interaction with confidence, kindness, and a positive attitude that made me feel valued as a guest. Janel is a true ambassador for the hotel and the hospitality industry. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm personality set her apart. It’s easy to see that she has a bright future ahead of her, and I have no doubt she will continue to excel in her career. Whatever you do, keep Janel on your team she is an incredible asset to this hotel. Thank you for making my stay such a pleasant experience!
