  I specifically selected this hotel because it says it has a pool. I suppose I should have specified that I wanted a functioning pool. The place next door without a pool was cheaper.

  Could not stay at home that night so I booked a night for me and my family....everything was ok except for the smell of cigarettes ..They should fine people for smoking inside hotel rooms....disguisting smell of cigarettes!

  We stayed one night in the best Western in Annapolis. I’ll start with walking in to the main office is immaculate. It’s clean. It smelled beautiful. The kitchen area was great. The breakfast was very nice. They had pancakes eggs potatoes, two different kinds of sausages. The coffee was delicious and hot tea. They also had decaf tea which nobody ever has. The room was unbelievable ice cold the beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean just redone. The floors were brand new. The bathrooms were brand new. The girls who took care of my room, Andrea I swear had military experience because my bed was made with military precision the room was so clean. Dina is the supervisor. She is doing an absolute amazing job. I would stay here any single time.

  Absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had. It was so incredibly disrespectful, I explained I had an issue with my key cards malfunctioning each time I attempted to use it and he said that I had never spoken to him and that he believed I did not have a malfunctioning key card. I would NEVER stay here again. Absolute waste of money.
