Just spoke with the girl with purple hair at the desk, I hurt my finger and needed bandages and when he asked for help she was extremely rude.

Elevator is suspect, but otherwise a pretty decent setup, with close parking. Beds and rooms were clean. The room I stayed in with my family had a "tough to close" ting going. Where you had to push it hard hard to close it. Breakfast was easily accessed also. With a good amount of options!
