  The rooms are nice clean and the shower is great. The water gets as hot as you like and the shower head is at the ceiling great no matter how tall you are. The staff was very friendly and willing to help in any way they can along with a hot breakfast i would definitely stay agin.

  Check-in staff just casually made a photocopy of my credit card. I told them it wasn't ok, they threatened me with throwing me out in the middle of the night. If anything happens to my credit card after this stay - I will know exactly how this happened. Beware!

  I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. It is located close to a lot of stores and restaurants. We stay there when we go to the casino. The rooms are clean and they serve an ok breakfast, usually eggs or pancakes with other food items to choose from, also coffee, tea and juice. Would recomend this hotel to friends, the staff is always friendly.

  We had a wonderful stay at Best Western! Jennifer provided some of the best customer service we have experienced in a long time. She was always smiling, friendly, and willing to help with anything we needed. You can truly tell she cares about the guests and works extremely hard. We even saw her helping housekeeping clean rooms, which really showed her dedication and teamwork. At one point we needed extra towels, and before we could even walk out the door, Jennifer was already there bringing them to us with a smile on her face. She went above and beyond the entire time we were there, and we were so impressed with her hard work and kindness that we happily gave her a $50 tip. Employees like her make a huge difference and are the reason we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Jennifer for making our stay so enjoyable!
