  I had an excellent experience! Wen was incredibly attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different watches, answered all of our questions, and made the entire experience enjoyable without ever making us feel pressured. The entire staff was amazing, friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Their customer service was outstanding

  I walked in earlier today on a whim and was greeted by Manolo. He showed me around and introduced me to such beautiful pieces! He took such great care of me and he was so fun. I look forward to come back soon! If you come, the sales associates will take very good care of you. Thank you Manolo for such a great experience!

  The staff xinxin is one of the most friendly staffs I have ever meet. She is professional, patient, nice and friendly! Really enjoy this visiting.
