  Stayed over one night on a road trip, a few maintenance issue but other than that an adequate hotel.

  The stay was great friendly staff clean room great breakfast. Nicole was so polite and courteous the best housekeeper ever she's definitely a keeper I highly recommend this Hotel

  Amazingly comfortable stay! The bed was comfortable, the couch was amazing, the ceiling fan over the bed was such a wonderful touch and helped keep it cool! Breakfast was a small area but absolutely delicious and everyone from check-in to check-out was extremely kind! There was a maintenance gentleman, didn't get his name, seemed to sense our stress and exhaustion (5 of us including my son had just arrived back to the hotel after a funeral) and told us the pool was cleaned and ready for a swim - and we took him up on that suggestion! Those kind words seemed to lighten everyone's load and we are EXTREMELY grateful to this man and hope he sees this post!

  Frontdesk Tash was nice lady working that evening and she was super helpful with explaining the area. The neighborhood was quiet, and room were comfortable and clean. Overall enjoyed the stay.

  Very strange smell because of proximity of the hotel to refineries. Dishonest management. My original flight into Monroe, LA was cancelled and the airline wasn't able to book me until the following day. I immediately called the hotel and let them know of my delayed arrival and I was assured the charge would be adjusted accordingly. I was charged for the first night of my reservation that I wasn't there for. I've attempted to have them revise the charge numerous times, even using AmEx customer service to attempt to contact management, and they have not been willing to change the charges. Would never stay here again and would not recommend to anybody.
