  Zimmer ok, aber Achtung: Nach dem Check-out werden noch Gebühren von der Kreditkarte verrechnet, sie nennen das auf Anfrage "Deposit". Sie sagen auch, dass das innerhalb von 10 - 14 Tages rückerstattet wird. Wir warten jetzt schon mehr als vier Wochen darauf, selbst der Customer Service Desk von BestWestern scheint da hilflos zu sein.

  The customer service was excellent, the receptionist was the kindest. However, i stayed for 2 nights and on my second night, my skin started itching and I have multiple bumps spreading across my body. Upon this, I started looking at reviews and seeing others experience the same thing. Be careful!
